Course Information

The ESB have advised us there is likely to be a small release from the Leixlip Dam for the duration of the race. There is no release available for the upper section of the race (Straffan – Leixlip dam). The upper section will run at its current level. Due to the low water levels on the river we are advising all competitors to wear appropriate footwear as there may be additional portages required for certain weirs. While a small release has been organised for the lower section of the race we are requesting all paddlers exercise caution throughout the course and are aware of hazards resulting from the low water levels.

If you retire from the race or have injury contact the nearest marshal.

Start list and running order to follow.
